Scope and use of the app.
Product and version
Spatia is a local 3D capture tool developed by GaCing (JIACHENG GUO). Effective October 9, 2026. The current download is a development beta; features, compatibility and performance may change. An App Store release is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement unless applicable terms are explicitly provided at that time.
Capture and content
Capture only objects and places you are entitled to record. Respect privacy, access restrictions and others’ rights. You retain your rights in the content you create; local processing does not transfer your scenes to the developer. You choose when to export or share.
Accuracy and suitability
Reconstruction, location and height are estimates affected by hardware, light, materials, occlusion and motion. Spatia is not intended for professional surveying, safety-critical navigation, engineering certification or other uses requiring certified accuracy. Dynamic removal and relocalization may not always succeed.
Beta data and backups
Beta software may encounter errors, tracking interruptions or data loss. Keep independent exports of important scenes and check your data before uninstalling. Exported files are managed by their destination.
