From installation to your first capture.

Email spatia@gacing.com with your device model, iOS version, app version and reproduction steps. Screenshots are optional; remove private information first. You do not need to send a complete private scan.
Install using Safari
Open the beta page on your registered iPhone, tap Install and confirm the system prompt. Return to the Home Screen to check progress. This is an Ad Hoc build for registered devices. If iOS asks for Developer Mode, follow its instructions under Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode.
Installation or verification fails
Check device registration, iOS 18 or later, available storage and access to Apple’s verification services. If you installed another of our test apps before, check that you are using the same phone. Contact us if you changed phones or see an integrity error. Do not delete your only copy of a scene while troubleshooting.
Empty scans or lost tracking
Check camera permission and LiDAR support. Choose a still, textured object in even light; move slowly and keep views overlapping. Glass, mirrors, blank walls, darkness, fast motion and distance can reduce quality. When tracking pauses, face a previously captured area and wait for alignment.
Resume and keep your work
Resuming requires saved spatial information and the original scene. Updating the same app normally retains its data; uninstalling may remove local scenes, so export important work first. PLY/SPZ exports are Gaussian scenes, not watertight printing meshes.
Beta coverage
iPhone 17 Pro Max is the primary test device. Real capture quality, dynamic filtering, thermal behavior, battery use and sustained frame rates still require full validation. The beta may contain defects; start with a non-critical scene.
